Do I need to join the National Association of Realtors?
No, you are not required to join the national, state, or local associations of realtors. Cavour Realty is not a member of any real estate trade association.
Do I have to join the MLS?
You aren’t required to join the MLS. We have a relationship with an independent MLS that you can join when you are ready to list a property for sale.
What Forms Will I Use?
We have a full library of professional forms that you can use. A listing agent must present all offers to their client. The particular form used is irrelevant.
